qualities of a good listener

SO, hi people.... we meet once again.....,
Well i hope you've all met lotssss of new people and are wondering how to decide whether to stick to them or not..... anyways.. i got a brand new idea to solve this problem. The magic is just that your should  not take be partial or influenced or hurting.For example in a case like You have just met a new friend and you find  he/she is very prejudicing almost every time and every situation.You can just listen to his/her views and still form your own proper decision about everything  .Whatever maybe the case the person or the reason behind your decision must be your mind and you mind ONLY.Since everybody has a positive and also a negative side we must learn to observe the good from the others and try to become best. It does not mean the same in a group because when you work in a group you must always ensure that the views and thoughts of all the members are taken care of sufficiently if not the group may not be able to produce effective work.
Then again you must be patient enough to allow the other person to explain themselves properly . This not only helps the other person to express themselves properly  but also gives them a sign to come up with a more proper approach.....

Importance of getting to know others...

 The most important thing about knowing things about others and also about the consequences they face is that ...we will get to know about our own weakness and strengths...when we start analyzing a situation or a person we automatically start thinking about what we would have done in the same situation about the same problem...some of us take things in a positive attitude and some of us in negative attitude.. which ever is the case we start forming decision about the respective thing.But the important point is we must not form a wrong opinion about anything.....and we must also make sure that whatever decision we make is correct..

 So, next time when you are trying to analyse anyone or anything just check if you are doing the right thing.....
